The Environmental Justice Advisory Council (EJAC) provides independent environmental justice advice to DTSC and the Board of Environmental Safety (BES). By offering expert consultation, and recommendations, the Council helps safeguard vulnerable communities impacted by exposure to toxic substances and ensures fair treatment under the regulatory oversight of DTSC.
