Who is eligible for funds?
A team composed of any of the following: nonprofits, local or tribal government entities, publicly owned utilities, community development corporations and finance institutions, joint powers authorities, or community choice aggregators.
How does this program provide benefits to priority populations?
Community solar PV systems must generate renewable electricity for low-income households. Households benefit from reduced energy costs, while communities benefit from reduced air pollution.
