What does it fund?
Rebates for the purchase or lease of new, eligible light-duty vehicles, including electric, fuel-cell, and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
Who is eligible for funds?
Individuals, businesses, and government entities.
CVRP Rebate Now offers the opportunity for low and moderate-income residents in San Diego County and the counties that make up the San Joaquin Valley to be preapproved for a CVRP rebate prior to purchasing or leasing an eligible vehicle.
How does this program provide benefits to priority populations?
Larger rebates are available for lower-income applicants and for public fleets located in disadvantaged communities.
How do I access funds?
First-come, first-served statewide.
Funding timeline
