California Air Resources Board (CARB)
Funds satellite data collection for high-emitting methane sources to inform operators about potential leaks.
Supports local air districts in administering their Community Air Protection Program and supports community steering committees, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Provides hybrid fleet transportation for agricultural workers in disadvantaged and low-income communities in the San Joaquin Valley and other agricultural areas in California.
Incentives to retire gas vehicles and replace them with hybrid and zero-emission vehicles or alternative mobility options.
Grants for school districts and county offices to purchase electric vehicles to serve K-12 schools.

Funds California Conservation Corp, which enrolls young adults for a year of service resulting in job skills and work experience implementing forest fuel reduction, habitat restoration, and energy efficiency projects.
California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD)
Funds installation of community-level solar arrays that generate energy for low-income households.
Funds no-cost energy conservation measures in income-qualified farmworker households in select counties.
Funds energy efficiency and weatherization upgrades for multi-family buildings.
Funds installation of energy-efficiency measures, solar water heating, and solar photovoltaics in low-income single-family homes.
California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW)
Funds projects that increase soil organic carbon, enhance fish and wildlife habitat, protect and improve water quality, increase flood protection, improve groundwater recharge, and develop resiliency to sea level rise in wetlands.
California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA)
Financial incentives for commercial dairy and livestock operators to implement non-digester practices that reduce dairy and livestock manure methane emissions, such as solid separation or conversion.
Technical assistance for farmers and ranchers participating in the Healthy Soils Program, the State Water Efficiency and Enhancement Program, and the Alternative Manure Management Program.
